Bio- Fox (Riggle) Charlene

Biography: Charlene Fox (Riggle), Ph.D.

Emeritus Assistant Professor (NTT)

Charlene received a Ph.D. from Kent State University in 1996, with a major in Information Systems and a minor in Operations Research. Her dissertation, “The Implications of Chaos Theory for Decision Makers,” resulted in several publications and conference presentations. Her current research interests are in programming techniques for maintainability and internationalization.

Her industry and consulting experience includes corporate development and training, and she is the developer of a PDA program used by arborists examining and analyzing undergrowth along power lines. She brings that experience into her Tuscarawas Campus courses in programming, networking and security.
